HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you can't find your order confirmation email in your inbox, there's a good chance it may be in your spam or junk mail folder. Once your order has shipped, you can track it using our website. Please allow 1-2 Business days to package and process your order.


HOW DID I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED?

 You will receive an email acknowledgment containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.


HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED?

Amending your order is allowed within 24 hours of placing your order, you may contact us via [email protected] 


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW DO I VIEW WHAT'S IN MY SHOPPING CART?

 To view the contents of your cart, click on the cart icon located at the top of the website page. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of quantity you want to purchase of any item in your cart by updating the quantity listed. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the "Remove" link to the bottom of the quantity listing.


HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY SHOPPING CART?

 1. Navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and then choose your preferences of the item. When you click the "Add to cart" button, you will be brought to your "shopping cart" page.

 2. Enter the quantity of the item that you would like to order using the "Quantity" filed next to the image of the item. After you have entered a quantity. you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.


HOW DO I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY SHOPPING CART?

 First, click on the "cart" icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the "remove" link to the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item and have the page refresh to have your changes reflected.


HOW DO I CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF A PARTICULAR ITEM IN MY SHOPPING CART?

 First, click on the "cart" icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart as well the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the "quantity" field for this item and type in the quantity desired. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount 'if applicable' will be automatically updated and reflect the correct amount for both quantity and cost located on the right side of your screen.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?

 All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive between 7-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of CraftsySpace.These interruptions including, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier. Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of CraftsySpace or the carrier.


WHY HASN'T MY ORDER ARRIVED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED DELIVERY TIME FRAME?

 The delivery times given are provided as an estimate and should not be taken as a guarantee. While the majority of orders will usually arrive earlier than expected or on time, in certain cases there are issues and then can cause delays. this is out of our control and late items usually arrive within 3 business days after the estimated delivery date.


WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER UPDATING?

 Depending on the shipping carrier, it can take between 24-72 hours for tracking information to update in certain cases when their data servers are under heavy load. If you have any concerns about this feel free to contact us.


HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

 Orders are shipped during regular business days. If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the following Monday, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details.

 Changing of address is only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. You may contact us to request such changes.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?

 If you have received a notification that your package has been delivered, but you can't find it, please check your surroundings and with your household members, neighbors, or your building manager. Packages may be behind bushes, delivered to the back door, etc. If you still haven't located your package, please allow at least 48 hours before contacting us in some cases, packages are marked as delivered prior to their arrival.


WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ORDER?

 While we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely to you, we recognize that sometimes things happen. We understand how frustrating it may be, which is why we offer shipping protection on all of our products. Depending on the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement, or a free return.

 If you experience any issues with your package, please contact us, and we will make the situation right. Please make sure to reach out to us within 7 days of delivery date.
